This year’s Black Friday sale at T-Mobile is likely just around the corner now. While actual dates or details remained unconfirmed, the carrier has already launched a landing page with a few tidbits of info.
There’s information saying that the sale is definitely happening, that deals will be available both in-store and online, and that the iPhone 17 will be on sale. Aside from that, however, details are a little sparse.
T-Mobile Black Friday deals 2025: FAQ
When will T-Mobile’s Black Friday deals start?
Last year’s big sale
Started on Thursday, November 28th
T-Mobile’s Black Friday event started a day before the big day itself in 2024, and I expect the carrier will do something similar again for this year. With that said, I would highly recommend checking in at the carrier’s site regularly from now onwards.
It’s generally the trend these days for retailers to start their Black Friday sales well ahead of the actual date. Verizon, for example, had seasonal promotions as early as November 10th last year, so there’s an outside chance that T-Mobile will unveil early promotions.
Will the iPhone 17 have a good deal?
Definitely, in fact, T-Mobile has actually specifically stated the iPhone 17 series will have deals over Black Friday. That’s all it’s confirmed, however, so there are no actual details on what the carrier will specifically offer. If I had to give an informed prediction, I’d say that it’s likely we’ll see something similar to what was offered last year on the iPhone 16:
Aside from the above, T-Mobile’s deals are definitely going to feature trade-in rebates of up to $1,100 off the latest iPhones. That’s the biggest rebate I’ve seen yet from the carrier but it isn’t particularly newsworthy – in fact, it’s the same deal that T-Mobile has offered on these devices since they were launched in September.
With that said, we could see a few extras being thrown in like cheap bundles for smartwatches and tablets, extra prepaid gift cards for new customers, or even bundle discounts on home internet. T-Mobile might offer these alongside the usual trade-in rebates to give that extra incentive to upgrade your phone (and plan) over November.
What about Android?

Prefer Android? Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about you. In a nutshell, I highly expect T-Mobile’s deals on the latest Galaxy S25 and Google Pixel 10 ranges to closely follow in the vein of its promotions on the iPhone 17 series. That is to say, trade-in rebates of roughly up to $1,100 in value on the higher-end devices and new-line discounts of up to $800 if you’re not looking to trade.
T-Mobile, as with most of the other carriers, tends to copy and paste its promotions across most of the big brands so you can expect similar discounts no matter your preferences. For reference, here’s a quick overview of what’s available right now:

How do I save as much cash as possible?
T-Mobile deals usually require…
1. Signing up for a new plan
2. Trading in an old phone
As with other deals at major carriers, the biggest discounts at T-Mobile are nearly always tied to either a trade-in rebate or a new line on an unlimited plan. I really don’t see this changing for the upcoming Black Friday deals.
You might find a few upfront discounts on prepaid options for cheaper phones, but all the big iPhones, Google Pixel, and Samsung Galaxy device deals will be tied to a plan for sure.
Because of this, you’ll probably want to go into this year’s Black Friday deals at T-Mobile armed with an idea of what type of plan you want to go for. Note that the biggest discounts will almost certainly be locked behind the higher-end Experience Beyond or Go5G Next plans, which can cost an eye-watering $100 per month for a single line.
If I were looking to upgrade my phone, the first thing I’d do is add up my total costs over the duration of a 24-month plan. You can then, of course, subtract your various Black Friday discounts from that total amount. Note that T-Mobile always throws in your third line free, so that’s worth bearing in mind if you’re a multi-line user.
