While Apple did in fact raise the price of theiPhone 17 Pro from $999 to $1,099, this is due to the elimination of the 128 GB option.
The entry-level iPhone 17 stayed flat at $799 but  its storage was doubled to $256 GB
The$512 GB iPhone 17 Â is priced at $999 compared to $1,099 for the 512 GB iPhone 16 last year.
The iPhone Air sits between the iPhone 17 and the 17 Pro, starting at $999 for the base 256 GB model, the same as last year’s 256 GB iPhone 16 Plus, which is still available for $899.
Apple also introduced a new 2 TB iPhone 17 Pro Max costing $1,999 which is $400 more than the one terabyte model.
