Measuring 0.51 x 0.51mm, members of the WBR series are rated at 250mW and up to 10GHz.
Operation is over -55 to +125ºC, and they have a temperature coefficient of +/-150ppm/°C.
23 values are being offered, from the lowest at 7.5Ω to the highest at 12MΩ, all with 1% tolerance.
“They are ideally suited for hybrid circuits,” according to Richardson, “and are versatile for other applications, including medical implantable devices, multi-chip modules and instrumentation in microelectronics, aerospace and defense.”
Attachment can be through thermos-compression, epoxy or ultra-sound.
