iMessage on iOS has a pretty nifty hidden feature that compiles emojis into a sticker
The recently discovered feature is pretty similar to the emoji kitchen on Android but a lot simpler. However, there are key differences as well. For instance, Android’s emoji kitchen utility creates a brand-new emoji, while on the iPhone, the iMessage app simply places one emoji on top of the other to create a sticker. The fact that the feature has remained hidden in the iOS iMessage app is astonishing.
If you are interested in trying it out for yourself, you must be using Apple’s iMessage app, as it does not work on standard SMS messages. The first thing that you have to do is send an emoji to your family member or your friend. Now, all you have to do is bring up the keyboard, select another emoji, and drag it over the emoji that you sent earlier to the recipient. You can repeat the process with multiple emojis to create a sticker.
The discovery was made by a user on Reddit (via U.K. Sun), and it appears that not a lot of people know about it. The best part about the feature is that it is really simple to operate and only requires the users to drag and drop their favorite emoji on top of each other. You also have the option to make the sticker larger by using your other finger. Simply hold the emoji and drag your other finger outward. If you rotate your finger, the emoji will turn as well.
