Abaco GRA117S SOSA video Graphics and GPGPU card

Powered by an Ada Lovelace architecture Nvidia RTX 5000 GPU, with 16Gbyte of GDDR6 ECC memory, GRA117S is designed to support AI and deep learning.

9,728 Cuda cores, 76 RT cores, and 304 Tensor cores are implemented, and there is support for AV1, H.265 and H.264 video codec profiles.

The interface is PCI Express Gen 4, and it is compatible with SOSA slot profiles 14.6.11 and 14.6.13.


“The GRA117S fast data transfer speeds ensure responsiveness for data-intensive tasks for applications utilising AI and deep learning functionality,” said Abaco product director Simon Collins. “This OpenVPX video graphics card reinforces Abaco’s commitment to SOSA-aligned military embedded computing products.”

Windows and Linux drivers are provided for x86 based platforms, and it is compatible with Nvidia’s software stack for CUDA, CUDA-X, Open CL, H.264 and H.265.

Applications are foreseen in air, land and maritime applications, such as detecting UAVs.
