AMD’s Radeon RX 9070 GPUs have now surfaced online at a Spanish retailer, revealing GPU specifications along with details of the respective AIB model.

AMD’s Radeon RX 9070 Series Starts Hitting Retail Prior To Official Launch; However Coming With Absurd Prices

Well, now that AMD’s RDNA 4 GPUs are not far away from official release, multiple retailers have started to list them to prepare for a disruptive launch. Similarly, the Spanish retailer NeoByte has apparently listed three different SKUs (via @momomo_us) of the Radeon RX 9070 XT and its non-XT counterpart, featuring models such as the Gigabyte AORUS and the base variants as well. However, the pricing might be a bit absurd, which we’ll discuss next.

AMD’s Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 9070 XT has been listed for €1,119.99, while the Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT and the non-XT model are up for sale at €1,069.99 and €889.99 respectively. It is important to note here that these are surely not the final prices but rather random values put up by the retailer since we are anticipating a far lower MSRP for the SKUs, preferably within the $300-$1,000 range. However, the listing has revealed some specifics of the RX 9070 GPUs, indeed verifying the previous rumors as well. You can view the listings here:

Not just NeoByte, but a Philippine retailer “Netcodex” has listed a Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16GB card for around $530, which might translate to what we can expect in terms of on-launch price. In a recent interview, AMD’s Frank Azor revealed that the RX 9070 SKUs will be released at the $300-$1,000 price segment, and given that they are a direct competitor to NVIDIA’s 70-class and 80-class GPUs, we can indeed anticipate an aggressive pricing structure by AMD, given that Team Red decides to dominate the mainstream segment.

The mainstream GPU segment is going to heat up tremendously in the future, given that NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel are all focused on providing the best value to consumers. So, for consumers, it is going to get a lot more exciting.
