PI3EQX64904 is a four-differential-channel linear device with equalisation including tunable low and high-frequency and high-frequency zeros.
“It optimises performance over a variety of physical media by reducing inter-symbol interference, correcting for known channel losses at the transmitter and restoring signal integrity at the receiver,” said Diodes. “This results in an improved eye pattern at the receiver with the margins required to deliver reliable PCIe communications.”
Consumption is under 5mW when the system is in PCIe L.1.2 deep stand-by mode.
Operation is from 3.3V ±300mV and over -40°C to +85°C.
Packaging is a 6.1 x 2.7mm 31pad W-LGA-31L.
Applications are foreseen in servers, workstations, 5G networking, PCIe NIC cards and CPU-to-CPU interconnect.
Find it on stand 11 at the PCI-SIG developers conference, or on this diodes web page. There is no public data sheet, only a one page brief.
